SUBWAY AND TRANS-HARBOUR BRIDGE PROPOSED.
, SYDNEY, July 25. Mr Hay, the English expert appointed to report on the congestion of traffic in the city, recommends an underground railway and a bridge across the harbour from Dawes Point to Blues Point (North Sydney) to carry electric trams.
