CHECK ON MONEYLENDERS
LONDON, July 24.
Mr J. A. Dawes, liberal M.P. for Newington, has introduced a Bill, providing for the imposing of heavy penalties on moneylenders lending to employees without their employers’ knowledge, and for circularising or writing to people unsolicited.
