ARMY OFFICERS SEND DEPUTE TION TO SULTAN.

CONSTANTINOPLE, July 20. ' A meeting of officers at tne Ministry for War sent a deputation to the Sultan asking him to dissolve the Chamber of Duputies, and to appoint Kiamil Pasha Grand Vizier. The Sultan thereupon issued a proclamation upbraiding the officers for formulating claims contrary to the constitution, and announcing that he relies on the army to avoid participation in politics.
