SCOOT TOURNAMENT
Last year a cadet and scout tournament was held on the Basin Be serve under the auspices of the Boys’ Institute, at which' certain trophies were presented. This year it has boon deemed advisable to postpone the event frqm Trafalgar Day, October 21st, to a date, probably in November, to be announced. A meeting of those interested will be held to-morrow evening at the Boys’ Institute. This course is considered necessary owing to establishments of cadets not being complete.
