WEDDING AT ST. PAUL’S

St. Paul's Pro-Cathedral was beauti* fully decorated with palms and arum' lilies yesterday afternoon, when Miss Jessie Margaret Koid, daughter of Mr and Mrs L. G. Reid, was married to Mr J'Aiwiu Salmond, son of Dr Salmond, of Dunedin. The Lev. Air Williams was tne officiating clergyman. The bride was given away by her father, and was attended by three bVidesmaids, Miss Dora Booth (cousin of the bride), Miss Doris CfiiJlman, and Miss. Margaret Knox. The best man was Air Whiteford, and the groomsmen Air Spraggcn and Air Geoffrey Hall. The brido looked charming in her wedding dress of white duchess© satin, trimmed with rose point lacc and panels of hand embroidered silver, the train hung from the shoulders, one corner being turned back with a lover's knot of chiffon roses. She also wore a veil and wreath of orange blossom, and earned a bouquet of white roses, azaleas, and maiden hair fern. The bridesmaids wore white empire gowns of ninon over satin, with an embroidered panel of lace, the corsage trimmed with lace ami touches of heliotrope blue and pink, which were most’effective, cream crinoline hats with kilted tulle and ospreys of heliotrope blue and pink, and wore art necklaces tho gifts of the bridesgroom, and carried shower bouquets of heliotrope and ranunculi tied with streamers # to match. After the ceremony a reception was neld at the residence of Air and Airs Henry Hall, in Hill -street.
