UNUSUAL DIVORCE CASE
DECREE GRANTED AGAINST A WIFE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY. July 28. A peculiar divorce case has just been decided. The court granted a husband a divorce because hia wife had left him, and declined all overtures to return, on the high moral ground that she had formed an affection for another man, and did not think it right to live with her husband while that feeling for another existed. The judge said that though there' was not the slightest suggestion of immorality or impropriety by the wife, she had committed an offence against the divorce law, and he must grant a decree.
