THE TURKISH GOVERNMENT’S TERMS. By Telegraph— Press Association—Copyright CETTINGE, July 10. Tho Turkish Minister here has communicated to Montenegro tho generous terms offered by the Turkish Government to file Maliasori tribe if they surrender. The terms include special taxation, tho establishment of schools and trade routes, and -provision for the supply of maize and corn to Maliseori refugees returning from Montenegro.
