PIONEER FOR SYDNEY

EN ROUTE TO COLOMBO. An unexpected order has been received from the Admiralty by Commander Stopford, of H.M.S'. Pioneer, to proceed to Sydney from Wellington the* afternoon. The Pioneer is to sail about 4.30 p.m., and will remain in Sydney for two or three weeks. Tho cruiser will then sail for Colombo, where she will meet H.M.S. Crescent and . Gibraltar, which vessels are bringing out. relief crows for the China and tho Australasian stations. All the Pioneer’s officers,, excepting the commander, navigating lieutenant and artificer engineer and forty or fifty members of tho crew will leave tho vessel at Colombo to return to England. The Pioneer will then proceed to Sydney and New Zealand. \
