UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE
By Telegraph—Proas Association-Copyright, LONDON, February 3. The "Daily Chronicle” says that' the Government is introducing an experimental unemployment insurance scheme, to be confined to certain trades, the benefit to be ten shillings weekly for throe months.
