FURTHER EVIDENCE IN RUSSIAN MURDER TRIAL.

The tiial of Dr Patchonko on a charge of murdering Countaßouturlin, u wealthy young ex-army officer, in May last, and of Count O’Brien do Lossy (brother-in-law of the dead man) and Madame Muraviova (a woman alleged to have been associated witli Dr Pa-tchenko in hit* “murder agency”) on charges of conspiracy with Patchenko to “'remove' General BouturJin (the dead Count's lather), and Madame Lazardi (the General’s divorced' wife) was continued yesterday.
Evidence was adduced showing that Dr Patch enko had purchased diphtheric toxin, alleging that he required it for experiments.
Dr Patchenko has withdrawn his “confcy&ion," alleging that promises made by the examining magistrate had induced him to make it.
