(Received February 5, 5.5 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, February i. The rebels notify that the attack on Juarez is postponed until this afternoon. A few. troops and citizens may attempt an armed resistance. A force of United States cavalry has been dispatched toward the frontier to maintain neutrality. Rebel forces ate holding the town of Medicali. and are awaiting the advance of the Federalist®. The Foreign Minister, Senhor Creel, interviewed, asserted the Government's ability- to suppress the rebellion in a short time.
