PERSONAL WELCOME TO DUKE OP CONNAUGHT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright CAPETOWN, November 30. The Indian community in South Africa have written to the Duke of Connaught regretting that, owing to the Union Parliament's non-compliance with their demands, it was impossible for them to associate themselves with the presentation of addresses. Nevertheless, the writers expressed loyalty to the Throne, and tendered a personal welcome to his Royal Highness.
