SWANSEA BOARD’S ACTION HELD ILLEGAL. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright, LONDON, April 21. The Appeal Court has confirmed the judgment! of the court below, condemning the Swansea School Board for, its action in differentiating between the Church and Board schools in respect to the salaries of teachers.
