TURKISH CABINET CHANGES
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received January 12, 10.55 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, January 12. Hakki Boy, tho now Grand Vizier, has re-formed the Turkish Cabinet. Tlio Sheik-ul-Islam and tho Ministers for Foreign Affairs, Finance, and Public Works remain unchanged, while Slrevkot Pasha (leader of tho revolt that ended in Abdul Hamid’s deposition last April) becomes -Minister for War and Kopasses Effendi (a Greek) takes charge of - the Departments of Mines and Forests.
