OPERA HOUSE. " Brewster’s Millions" was repeated by- AVilliamson’s dramatic company at the Opera House. last night, the largo audience being highly pleased with tbe presentation of the oopiedy. This evening the company will commence a three nights' revival of that unusual dramatic .success ” Sherlock Holmes,” founded on Sir Conan Doyle’s famous detective story. It is many years since this play was first produced in AA'ellington, when it caused a very favourable impression. The reputation of Sherlock Holmes is as familiar as a household word. The play is based upon what is known in tho hook aa ‘ The Strange Case of Miss Faulkner,” and abounds in stirring situations, -powerful denouements and thrilling climaxes. Mr Thomas Kingston will be seen as Sherlock Holmes. Mr A..E. Greenaway as Dr Watson, Mr Harry Dimmer as James Larribee, Mr Gregan McMahon as Professor Moriarty, Mr Eedge’Carey as Billy, Miss Ethel AVarwick as Madge Larribee, and Miss Marjory Murray aa Alice Faulkner, etc. , On Saturday night tho first performance will be given in AA’ollingtoii of tho successful naval comedy “ The Flag Lieutenant.” THEATRE ROYAL. Fullers’ A’andeyillo Company's new programme is entirely in keeping with the popular demand for a bright and amusing evening’s entertainment.
