In proposing - tho toast of "The, Guests" at the South Australian dinner, Lord Jersey lieartily congratulated Sir Bay Hort Bosanquet upon his appointment as Governor of South Australia. After a splendid career in the Nary, during which he had been Commander-in-Chief on the East Indian, West Indian and North American stations and also at Portsmouth, lie was now, said the speaker, about to see what he could do in a civilian capacity in another portion of the Etopire. '
