LOWER VALLEY' NOTES. (From Our Own Correspondent.) FIiATHiiIISTOX, September 11. The South Wairarapa Hospital Trustees are considering the question of raising tho weekly charge to patients from 20s to oOs a week, owing to the extra cost of materials. The Department of Ronds wrote with reference to the application for a grant of £SOO for Wha-ne-aehu-Whakarna road metalling, and stated same would have consideration.
