SUPPLIES AND SERVICES. TENDERS ACCEPTED. The following tenders for annual supplies and services for the year ending March 31st, 1909, hove been accepted by the Harbour Board:— Hardware—Stewart T. G. and H. Co.. Ltd. Ship Chandlery—Briscoe and Co.. Ltd. Oil and colourmens' stores—E. and E. Tingey and Co., Ltd. Timber—B. A. Hansen and Co. Glass—Stewart T. G. and H. Co., Ltd. Brass foundry work—Andrews and Manthel, Ltd. Gas-fitters' work—A. and T. Burt. Ltd. Removal of Rubbish—Messrs J. J. Moore and Son. Coal, A B and O schedules—New Zealand State Coal Mir/3S Department. Coal. B schedule—Thompson Bros.. Ltd. Office stationery—Whitcombo and Tombs. Ltd. Manufactured stationery, letterpress, and lithographic printing—W. J. Lankshear. The tender of Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., of Christchnrch, has been accepted for tho supply and delivery of hoop steel and studis requirements during 1908 at £2743, the only other tender received being that of MC3srs Brlscoa and Co., Ltd.. at £2783 4s 2d.
