"IRISH MARTYRS.”
(To the Editor "N.Z. Times.”) Sir,—Putting sentiment on one aide waa not the position of tho "Irish Martyrs" at Manchester this; In committing an illegal action they billed a man. The law says if you kill a man while committing an illegal action it is a murder. For murder hanging is proscribed. It is, all very well to get hysterical and talk about "three brave men," and "God save Ireland,” hut there are the hard facts, and you can't get away from them. I am, etc.. a LOGIC. April 10th.
