SALE TO-NIGHT.

At T. 30 o’clock to-night, at the Exchange Land Mart of Messrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co,, that firm will submit the subdivision of the above estate, which comprises sixty-three lote, having frontages to Holloway road. Hadfield street, and Melrose street, ranging from 40ft to 147 ft, with areas up to over half an acre. They occupy a good position on the sunny side of the suburb, and arc close to the Sacred Heart Convent and the tramway, on the Parade at leland Hay. The terms of sale are very liberal, viz., 10 per cent, deposit, 10 per cent, in six and twelve months, with the balance in three years, and interest at 5 per cent. Tho taking over of the Manawatn Railway by the Government should make this a popular suburb. The are stated to bo very charming, with rich grassy land, a clear trout stream, and here and there clamps of natural bush. Tho terms are easy. Dykes and Co. have instructions to give all particulars and plans to any intending purchasers. On Friday, 20tU December, at 2.3(1 p.m., under instructions from the Registrar of tho Supreme Court* J.
