SALE TO-NIGHT.

At T. 30 o’clock to-night, at the Exchange Land Mart of Messrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co,, that firm will submit the subdivision of the above estate, which comprises sixty-three lote, having frontages to Holloway road. Hadfield street, and Melrose street, ranging from 40ft to 147 ft, with areas up to over half an acre.
