Clomenoean, French Premier, in tho course of an interview, stated that ,: Tho Government has requested General Drudo to take offensive measures in Morocco, but without indicating any definite operations; inasmuch as wo are not competent to indicate our programme.” M. Clomencean added: “It is known we desire rapid but limited operation, leaving no doubt of its offensive character.” STRONG FORGE OF ARABS AT CASABLANCA. MOROCCO, September 11. A French war balloon discovered 1000 reinforced Arabs at Casablanca. The Arabs believed the balloon to bo a largo tent fixed in the air. General Drudo (commanding the French forces) will advance on the tribes as soon as he has recovered from an attack, of, fewer.
