STRONG FEELING ON THE FISHERIES QUESTION. By Teleetaph—Press Ajioelatlon—Copyrt*kt ST. JOHN’S, September 11. Sir Robert Bond, Premier of Newfoundland, in the course of an interview, declared that the new modus Vivendi on the fisheries difficulty was-a disgrace to British diplomacy. He added that the Newfoundland Ministry would still resist' it by every constitutional means in order to Uphold the sovereignty of the colony s laws.
