MOROCCAN BRIGANDS.
DEMAND FOR PUNISHMENT. MOROCCO, October 24. The brigands first demanded a ransom of £40,000, then £20,000, for the release of Captain Crowther and Lieutenant Hutton, hut they finally accepted ten rifles and one thousand cartridges. _ _ Mr Lowthcr, the British. Minister, has demanded the punishment of the kidnappers.
