SYDNEY, May 31. Another case of plague has occurred at Newcastle. BRISBANE, May 31. . The health officials at Ipswich report another case of plague. RESTRICTIONS ON TRADE. BRISBANE, May 31. A meeting of business men was held to protest against the restrictions imposed by New South Wales on Queensland trade as a result of the plague. Strong speeches were delivered, one speaker declaring that the treatment received would in other countries have led to war. It was decided to ask the Government to retaliate if the restrictions are not modified.
