(Received June 23, 11.7 p.m.) LONDON, June 23. Tile “Standard’s” Odessa correspondent, writing on tlio strength of trustworthy advices, reports that news from Tiflis states that the Armenian revolt was wholly engineered in ttie Caucasus.
