NEW SOUTH WALES PARLIAMENT AN ANGRYPEEMIER.. SYDNEY, November 27. TJio Legislative Assembly session, after a series of protracted sittings, has been brought to a close. The Premier, Sir John See, in a closing speech, replied to tho good wishes expressed by tho loader of tho Opposition, Mr Carruthers. Sir John angrily denounced tho attempts made to belittle tho Government, and stated that it might bo ho would net come back to tho Assembly again. Tho reason for such a course would bo the_ tactics adopted in regard to tho carrying out of public affairs. • Tho attack was warmly resented on behalf of tho Opposition, and a disorderly .scene ensued, resulting in a count out.
