SUNSHINE AND RAIN.
(Received November 23, 0.47 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 27. Tho heat wave continues. High readings are reported from country stations. ADELAIDE. November 27. There have been heavy rains in tho north. Considerable damage has been done to crops. There has been a great flood at Jamestown, where miles of country have been inundated, roads and bridges washed away, and much bay deitroyed. - MELBOURNE. November 27. Heavy rain has fallen in Victoria. In ‘lie city to-day 1.20 in was recorder!.
