PERTH, March 20. Another plague case is reported, a child having been seized f ,»itli the disease. BRISBANE, March 20. A railway man named St. Leger has been seized with the plague. NAPIER, March 20. At the meeting of the Borough Council this evening the plague prevention regulations came up for consideration. It was decided to again offer threepence per head for rats. It was stated that £2B was paid last year in this way. •
