On 28th March Messrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co., will submit, under instructions from Mr Charles Mclntyre, who lias given up farming, his valuable farm property of 305 acres at Belmont, all highly improved. They also advertise for private sale as a going concern a powerful sawmilling plant and good hush (2000 acres) situate on the Manawatu Railway Company’s line. . Messrs Macdonald, Wilson and Co. insert a long advertisement with reference to an important sale of town and suburban sections at Levin; also milling timber lands. The sale will take place on Thursday, 11th April. The list includes building town sections at Levin, suburban sections, family residence and land, poultry farm, suburban farm of 57 acres and two sections, containing some 370 acres of firstclass land within four-miles, of tho railway station.
