FEMALE EMIGRATION

LONDON, March r 5. Mr Chamberlain, addressing the British Womens Emigration Association, anticipated that hundreds of thousands of men would' proceed i;o South Africa after the war, and there would be a proportionate emigration of women- He implied that the Government would afford indulgent passages aboard transports to a number of selected foiimle emigrants.
