THE CONINGHAM CASE
(Received March 15, 0.14 a.m.) SYDNEY. March 14. The Coningham v. Coningham and O’Haran divorce suit was advanced a stage further to-day, the crossexamination of the respondent being concluded. Mr Moss, the solicitor who acted for petitioner in the last case, produced a written statement sent by the petitioner for revision by his wife as to the evidence he was to get and give at the former trial. The petitioner and respondent had both denied the existence of these papers. The petitioner explained his denial by stating that Moss told him' the papers had been torn up. This Moss denied. Respondent, when shown the papers, said she had never seen them before or made alterations therein.
