WANGANUI AUTUMN MEETING. SECOND DAY. ' PRESS ASSOCIATION. WANGANUI, March 8. For the second day’s races the weather was showery and unpleasant. The sum of £10,099 was passed through tho machine, making a total of £19,766 for tho meeting, as against £20,326 last year. Results; Autumn Handicap, one mile and a distance. —69 Mr E. J. A quarter of a mile from home Ngapuhi ran up to Moifaa, but could not pass tbe Natator gelding. The latter led into the straight.
