RITUALISM AND THE CLERGY
LONDON, January 21. The Anglican Bishops have presented a collective address upholding the Archbishops in their recent decision with regard to English: Church ritual. They express the opinion that disobedience on the part of the clergy would he equivalent to setting up a non-episcopal form of Church government. It- is pointed out that any reform enabling the Church to do more effective work is thus retarded. .. .
