THE TRANSVAAL SITUATION.
GRIEVANCES OF OUTLANDEES. SUPPORT TO THE PETITION TO THE QUEEN. LONDON, Thursday. The South African League, which is sitting in Congress at Capetown, has cabled to the Imperial African League, which includes fifty members of too House of Commons, that it will support the Transvaal Outlanders in the great petition recently presented to the Queen praying for the redress of their grievances.
