Li Hung Chang goes to Samoa. -X- * * * * I learn that several fox terrier bitches have left Auckland for Sydney to be mated with the best- dogs of the- Mother Colony; this should bring some new blood into? the colony. # -X- -x -X * J. ami informed that the Canterbury Kennel Club are very unsatisfactory people to deal with. Several competitors are complaining that they have not received their award cards or prize money from last show. The blew LeaHod' Kennel Club should take action. * •* •» -x* The Auckland Collie Club held a show of collies on the Ist inst. at Auckland.
