THE PROPER SHOEING OF HORSES.
Tho articles published by the New Zealand Mail drawing forcible attention to the evils arising from tlm improper shoeing of horses have already had good effect. Public interest has been awakened in the subject, and it is felt that immediate steps should he taken to remedy so prevalent ail abuse. Accordingly Mr J. Robertson has given the following notice of motion to he considered at the next meeting of the Education Board:—“'That tho Technical School underbake the examination of candidates and the granting of certificates of ■proficiency for horse-shooing.”
