Cipher tolegrams from Aloscow rscoived in Alilan report that a bomb factory has been discovered under a street through which tho procession is to pass on tho occasion of tho coronation of the Czar. Seditious manifestoes aro also scattoied in tho streets.
A number of workmen in tho Kremlin, in Moscow, havo been arrested. St. Petersburg, Alay 21.
The French special Embassy to the coronation of tho Czar at Aloscow has been decorated with remarkable honours. St. Petersburg, Alay 22.
Tho procession on tho State entry of the Czar into Aloscow for his coronation was a gorgeous pageant. Tho Czar, mounted on a white charger, marched alone, followed by a cavalcade of Eastern and European Princes, the Czarina, and the nobility. Two hundred thousand troops guarded tho route from Petrovsky Palace to tho Kremlin.
Boundless onthusiasm was displayed by the populace.
