BURGLARY IN MAJORIBANKS STREET.

TV I) at looks like a well-planned burglary was committed some time during Saturday night at the sho t of Mr Sinclair, Majoribanks street. The thieves removed a portion of the front door by boring holes with an auger, and then unlocked the door from tho inside. Having effected an entrance they locked the door, so as not to bo disturbed in their work by any inquisitive passer-by. A quantity of tobacco and cigars and postage stamps wero taken, tho thieves making their exit by t he back door. Tim work must have been done very quietly, as Mr Sinclair resides 011 the promises and occupied tho room immediately over tho shop.
