MARTINBOROUGH.
Martinborough, February 16. The crops are all in, and so far they are not up to the average. There was too much i*ain when they were being put in, and then a long spell of dry wether afterward, which completely spoiled the crops. The shopkeepers have unanimously agreed to close their shops here on Saturday afternoons. The Act does not apply to thins place, as it is neither a town nor a borough, but the Factory Act catches some, so the others have joined in.
