FLOODS IN HAWKES BAY.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Napier, June 27.The heavy rains of the past week have caused a large part of the plains to be under water. . It was fiom 2ft to 4ft deep in the township of Clive and. the surrounding country, but in the night the rivers burst their bars, and the water is now subsiding.
