(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, September 11

At an extraordinary meeting of-the shareholders of the New Zealand Frozen Meat and Storage Company to-day, a Committee appointed to consider the position of affairs reported :—“ We have examined the financial position of the Company, and have come to the conclusion that we do not see any probability of anything coming to the shareholders after paving the liabilities owing by the Company. We cannot suggest any scheme to put before the directors that is likely to benefit the present shareholders, 1 and the only alternative we see is liquidation.” It was accordingly resolved by IS to 2 that the Company be voluntarily wound up. Messrs G. S. Kisling and A. Buckland were appointed liquidators at a salary of 100 guineas.
