Adelaide, October 28Messrs Ireland, Fraser, and Co., of Mauritius, under date October 14 th, report as follows of the sugar market . The country is suffering from a severe drought, and the sugar mills are only running half-time. Should the drought continue they will cease running .altogether. The month’s engagements for Auckland amount to 200 tons, tmd for Dunedin 100 tons. The crop, which a month ago was estimated to yield from 105,000 to 110,€00 tons of sugar, is now only estimated at 92,000 tons. ________
