The police arrested at Clinton last night the woman Georgeson, who occupied the house at' Oamaru where a-child was found buried, and whose child had disappeared. Dunedin, October 18.

The woman Sorgenseu, alias Farquliarson, alias Johnston, arrested for child murder at Oamaru, was brought to town to-day and sent to Oamaru by the evening train. When arrested she denied having ever been in Oamaru. .
