CHARGE OF CONSPIRACY.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. ) New Plymouth, May 6. Judgment was given in the conspiracy case to-day, when the Resident Magistrate dismissed the information. Application was made to have the prosecutor bound over to prosecute under the Malicious Indictment Act, which was granted. This places the case virtually in the same position as if the defendants had been committed, only they are not required to find sureties.
