SUPREME COURT PENALTY A fine of £SO, to be paid within 21 days, was imposed by Mr. Justice Fair yesterday on John Patterson, furniture manufacturer, aged 34 (Mr. Goldstine), for failing to stop and inquire and render assistance after a motor accident.
