FORCES' CAIRO CLUB
EX-SOLDIERS URGE CHANGE A remit concerning the New Zealand Forces' Club in Cairo was adopted at the quarterly meeting of the Auckland Returned boldiers' Association last night for discussion at a forthcoming special Dominion conference. The remit urged that the Government be requested to recall Major Harvey Turner, manager of the club, and replace him by a returned soldier or by somebody now serving with the 2nd New Zealand Expeditionary Force who might be prevented by injury or illness from continuing his service.
