PLAY IN THE COUNTRY Pukekohe.—ln the final of the senior championship H T. Moore beat ,T. Roulston, jun., 2 and I. Pukekohe Ladies.—The winners of the season's championships in the ladies' division of the club are:—Seniors, Mrs. J. Hogan; intermediates. Mrs. H. T. Moore; juniors. Miss R. Laurie Hamilton.—The final of the junior and intermediate club championships, played at ttt. Andrews, resulted: —Intermediate: S. Mayes beat L. Tompkins, 2 and I. Junior: A. Ensoll beat J. I'omeroy. 5 and 1. Morrinsville. —The Morrinsville Club's senior, intermediate and junior championships have been finalised, with the following results: — Senior, D. W Pasley beat S- lliomas; intermediate, R. White beat J. Hillary; junior, A. Thomas heal P. Marsh. Morrinsville Ladies. —The ladies' championships were also finalised, the results being:— Senior championship, Mixs F. Hewitt beat Mrs D. I last ie, I and 3; intermediate. Miss A. Irvine beat Mrs. B Hill. 1 up; junior. Miss M. Ferguson beat Miss I. Irvine, 3 and 2.
Otorohanga.—The finals of the senior and junior championships, over 36 holes, resulted as follows:—Senior championship, ladies; Mrs. Jackson beat Mrs. Wliyte, (i and 4. Men: E. Taylor beat G Jackson, 3 and 2. Junior championship, ladies: Mrs. Trapski beat Miss Holmes, 3 and 2. Men: W. J. Cwtley beat Turnbull, 3 and 2. Whangarei.—W. Orr, jun„ beat S. J. We-ton in the final of the senior championship flight and in the final of the clubs junior championship J. MacLeod beat A. J. Murdoch, 3 and 2. Whangarei Ladies.—Week-end players competed 111 a flag match, the leading players being Mrs. Martin, 94.
