PROLIFIC GOAL SCORER
Arthur Quill, of the Wallsend State League Soccer Club, Sydney, has the distinction of being the first Soccer player in Australia to have scored more than 800 goals in first-class matches. Quill has represented Australia against England (H>37), India (1038). and Palestine (193 H). In 1033, he played for an Australian eleven against New Zealand. He played his first inter-Slate game against Tasmania in 1032, scoring four goals. Quill has also represented New South Wales against Queensland and Victoria
