TE KOPURU HOSPITAL
Sir. —Your correspondent ""\\ aste Not" wants a hospital built in Pargaville. The subject has been well thrashed out this last year or two by tlie authorities concerned, and they are compelled by force of circumstances to add to the present buildings at To Kopuru. As a frequent visitor to Pargaville T usually motor out to the present hospital. for there is not much to see in the Pargaville district other than the west coast rollers. I am satisfied that the present site is the best in the whole area. Its elevated position is ideal for health, and it is above the fogs and mists that generally occur at Pargaville from the river: There is sufficient ground to build extensions that will meet the demands for the next .'lO years. The Kaipara Hospital Board is following in the footsteps of the Auckland board by grouping on its present site. t Rkd Cross.
