PLEA FOR PROBATION
CHRYSTALL REMANDED [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday A plea for probation for Harvey Mainland Chrystall, who, with Gordon Percy Aston, was found guilty on conspiracy and five other offences, was made in the Supreme Court to-day by his counsel, Mr. Leicester,, who stressed the evidence of witnesses that Chrystall had seemed to be under the domination of Aston. . , \\ x Mr. Justice Smith said that alter having heard counsel's viewpoint he would remand the prisoner for sentence until to-morrow.
